Les th\u00e8mes en ont \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019environnement de travail du personnel de soins et d\u2019accompagnement, ainsi que son lien avec diff\u00e9rents r\u00e9sultats pour le personnel de soins et d\u2019accompagnement (p. ex. satisfaction au travail, agressions subies, probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9) et pour la qualit\u00e9 des soins offerts.
