Conférence SHURP 2016

 

La Conférence SHURP 2016, qui a eu lieu le 3 février 2016 à Berne, avait pour but de présenter et de discuter de nouvelles conclusions issues de l’étude nationale conduite auprès des établissements médico-sociaux pour personnes âgées en Suisse « Swiss Nursing Homes Human Resources Project ». Les thèmes en ont été l’environnement de travail du personnel de soins et d’accompagnement, ainsi que son lien avec différents résultats pour le personnel de soins et d’accompagnement (p. ex. satisfaction au travail, agressions subies, problèmes de santé) et pour la qualité des soins offerts. La conférence s’est adressée aux cadres des institutions, aux responsables des collectivités publiques et aux politiques, tout comme aux professionnels des soins et de l’accompagnement, de la médecine et de la recherche sur les services de santé.
